Firestone Complete Auto Care

I scheduled an appt online for 8 am, to have them look at the AC. I was quoted $61.25. ( No Problem!!! ) I came back to Firestone about 2 hour later, and my car was still parked in the same spot I parked it in. They guy waiting the front counter said that the associate that would be looking at my car, had to finish up his project from the night before. ( Again, No Problem!!! I can deal with that!!! ) I was never asked to have the associate do anything else. I need the AC for are trip to Florence, Oregon... Well I final get my car back at 12:30 pm and was charged $416. 42. The AC only worked for 2 days. And, are trip was a sweaty mess! My parents always used Firestone, and that's why I thought I could trust Firestone. But, I was way wrong! Then I get that someone will call me and we would go from there. No call, no E-mail! I will never go back to Firestone for anything. I'll stick with Les Schwab for all my needs. And, I checked with BBB and all the complaints, 23,000.00 of them have not been responded by Firestone. So, what's that say for Firestone? Just wish I would have done my research before going to Firestone. All I needed was the refrigerant added, so it was full!!! Was it

Brian and Aden stayed 45 minutes after hours to help get our rental car back on the road. They saved our trip! Extremely grateful for their kindness and assistance today

Bought tires here in 2025 after researching tires and prices locally in Whatcom County. Today, needed a tire rotation after a long Bellingham, WA to Reno, NV trip. Staff was great, had truck done earlier than scheduled. Thank You. - Matt Conour

Had to fight to get my alternator replaced because they didn’t bother to run a diagnostic or scan for trouble codes (which I ran beforehand myself, luckily). I open up my hood to discover that not only did they replace my alternator incorrectly/loosely, they also didn’t bother to clip my air intake and let it sit on top which I’m very happy that it didn’t catch fire. Carson was a pleasure, so for that I give two stars. Technicians need to get their shit together.

Friendliness, explained entire process, and fit me into their busy schedule. Cost was very reasonable as well. Their manager, Brian is always courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He keeps me coming back. I have been getting my car serviced here for close to 25 years. Never disapointed.
